Counseling center, HTM HTM | 44 East J | Chula Vista | CA 91910 Quarter 2 2017 SO many great things happening this quarter in the counseling center.  We are meeting with our students creating Academic Improvement Plans, conducting presentations about educational essentials and college and career exploration.  Please take note that our semester grades are coming out on December 15, 2017.  These semester grades are very important for middle school promotion requirements.  Students must pass all courses with a “D” or higher, have 21 credits in order to be eligible for the promotion certificate.
